Press release

Roman courtyard under the linden trees is about to open

19. July 2022

The Satellite Office Business Center Römischer Hof

Unter den Linden invites to the construction site party before the official opening. The invited guests can get an impression of the new property in advance, which follows the models of “Haus Cumberland” “Gutruf Haus” and “Ludwigpalais” in its design and furnishings.

Pre-sale of the offices has begun

The opening of the new Business Center Römischer Hof®, Unter den Linden 10, is scheduled for March 17, 2014. On an area of 1,500sqm on the 3rd floor, in addition to 39 offices and conference rooms, further open areas will be created for networking discussions and networking events with a diner, bistro and library.

The fully equipped office space at this exclusive business address is in high demand. However, flexible office solutions such as the Virtual Office, Shared Office and CoWorking workplaces, personal secretarial services and the offer of conference rooms and meeting rooms with catering are also very much in vogue. For years, the number of companies that maintain their own offices has been on the rise and are increasingly turning to business centers to provide additional offices and, if necessary, conference and meeting rooms. Likewise, numerous start-ups, self-employed and freelancers are refraining from renting traditional office space and are instead switching to flexible coworking desks.
