Villa Sander has always been a home for people in positions of responsibility. Built in the 19th century, it served for decades as a bank and guest house for Deutsche Bank. Today, its history is not preserved as a museum piece, but is being carefully carried forward—as a place for focused, demanding work.
Spanning approximately 2,000 m², this historic villa offers exclusive private and team offices, quiet coworking spaces, conference rooms, day offices, and special retreats such as a fireplace lounge and a think tank. These spaces demonstrate that quality often lies in quietness. While many spaces prioritize maximum openness, Villa Sander follows a different philosophy: that true productivity requires quiet. This is based on our pureSilent® spatial philosophy, which creates an environment that promotes concentration and consciously avoids sensory overload.
The architecture preserves its heritage and remains visible, as exemplified by the stately Neo-Baroque façade. Inside, the historic structure and contemporary interior blend to create a sense of calm, confident elegance. No gimmicks, no excess—just design with character.
