Villa Sander has always been a home for people in positions of responsibility. Built in the 19th century, it served for decades as a bank and guest house for Deutsche Bank. Today, its history is not preserved as a museum piece, but is being carefully carried forward—as a place for focused, demanding work.

Spanning approximately 2,000 m², this historic villa offers exclusive private and team offices, quietcoworking spaces, conference rooms, day offices, and special retreats such as a fireplace lounge and a think tank. These spaces demonstrate that quality often lies in quietness. While many spaces prioritize maximum openness, Villa Sander follows a different philosophy: that true productivity requires quiet. This is based on our pureSilent® spatial philosophy, which creates an environment that promotes concentration and consciously avoids sensory overload.

The architecture preserves its heritage and remains visible, as exemplified by the stately Neo-Baroque façade. Inside, the historic structure and contemporary interior blend to create a sense of calm, confident elegance. No gimmicks, no excess—just design with character.

Satellite Office was honored with the ICONIC AWARD in 2025 and the German Design Award in 2026for the implementation of this concept at Villa Sander.
