In the heart of Munich’s elegant Ludwigsvorstadt district, at the historic Goethestraße 54, Satellite Office’s third location in the Bavarian capital is currently under construction: Villa Goethe. The impressive city palace, built in 1889, is being renovated with great care and attention to detail and will be developed into a premium business centre of the highest standard by the fourth quarter of 2026.
In earlier years, the villa served as a temporary home for the renowned Museum Villa Stuck during its renovation. Now a new chapter begins: Satellite Office brings calm, structure and style to the historic building and creates a place that combines modern working environments with architectural elegance.
Stylish individual offices, team offices, conference rooms, open workspaces, a fireplace lounge and a spacious outdoor area are being created on several floors.
