After its facelift in 2021, the location at Ludwigstrasse 8 is one of the outstanding locations where we can offer the tenants of our offices in Munich and other customers the well-known SATELLITE OFFICE conference and office service.
And there is good news: as part of our expansion course, we will be giving the SATELLITE OFFICE Business Center “Ludwigspalais” in Munich another lift from the end of 2024 and expanding the existing office space on the same floor to 2,100 sqm! Planning is in full swing – by renting the neighboring office space, you will be able to rent a further 17 offices in Munich from early summer 2025 in addition to the 27 offices currently available. Both new individual offices and team offices in various sizes are available. A larger lounge with a fireplace, a large conference room, a further bistro with adjoining mobile presentation area and phone booths for your discretion are also planned.
As with our previous offices in Munich, we only use selected materials, sustainably produced office furniture and colors and shapes for the new office space, which creates an atmosphere in the workplace in which you can enjoy spending your valuable time and make your entrepreneurial ideas a success.
