Welcome! How long have you been at Satellite Office?

Helmut Quast: “Thank you very much for inviting us to talk to you; we have been at Satellite Office in Berlin at Ku’damm 15 since January and chose this location quite deliberately. In Berlin, we want to target the start-ups and the venture capital scene even more. Some of our clients are active here as business angels and investors. Therefore, from our point of view, it was obvious to open a third location in the capital. Satellite Office appealed to us because of its location in the middle of the city. In addition, the elegant style and the pleasant, discreet atmosphere of Satellite Office come close to our Düsseldorf location. Since we would like to have a similar appearance when using workspaces, Satellite Office is ideal for us. We see looking after our clients as a generational task. Therefore, the owner-managed approach of Satellite Office also suits us very well.”

Which services do you use most at Satellite Office?

Helmut Quast: “We use Satellite Office’s services in the traditional way, not only in Berlin, but also in Frankfurt and Munich. The rented office in Berlin at Kudamm 15 is used by our colleagues and me when we are in Berlin. Satellite Office Berlin is also the location of our third branch. We also book the meeting rooms as needed. What I personally find very interesting about Ku’damm 15 is the Berlin connection with the UFA stars. I particularly like that!”

What do you think is special about Satellite Office compared to others?

Helmut Quast: “On the one hand, I appreciate the very central location, of course, but also the elegant and tranquil décor that runs through all the locations. That gives Satellite Office a special touch. But the high-quality furnishings also play a big role. And I’m not just talking about the offices, but also the public areas and cafés. The staircase at Kurfürstendamm 15 is particularly impressive for me. And of course the smooth functioning of the media technology is a big plus for us. This is often a nuisance with other providers, but with Satellite Office it works flawlessly.”

On the subject of “New Work”: What does this mean for your company and how does Satellite Office fit into this concept?

Helmut Quast: “The network is a crucial part of our daily business and we have been living it since before the term “New Work” was even known. For us, it is more of a label describing something that has been around for much longer. Confidentiality is much more a top priority for us, as we serve wealthy clients. Satellite Office’s “pureSilent®” concept is therefore a perfect fit for us. We also need a reliable parcel reception and an elegant environment. It is important that there is a receptionist who welcomes our clients and escorts them to the meeting rooms. Since we don’t have our own team of assistants in Berlin, the Satellite Office concept is ideal for us. It offers us the flexibility and professionalism we need.”
