In a prime location, in the heart of the city, at Königsstrasse 35, a total of 32 offices, workstations, co-working spaces, digital rooms, virtual offices and creative meeting rooms are being built on three floors with a total area of 1550sqm. With wrap-around terrace and underground parking. For your comfortable journey and plenty of fresh air, light and good mood for your important work.
