Our largest conference room is located in Berlin Mitte: The Kaisersaal at the Römischer Hof offers a stylish atmosphere across 66 square meters. Need a flip chart or a whiteboard? Our friendly, professional team will be happy to take care of it.
If you're planning a larger event, Haus Cumberland, for example, offers an event space that can accommodate up to 100 people. Upon request, all conference rooms and event venues in Berlin can provide catering.
At the historic Haus Cumberland, the “Großer Kurfürst” serves as the backdrop for successful meetings and seminars. This impressive conference room features a five-meter-long table, silk wallpaper, and a massive panoramic window that offers you and your guests a direct view of the Kudamm. The fireplace lounge, which accommodates up to four people, provides an intimate setting for private workshops or coaching sessions. High above it all is the rooftop terrace of Haus Cumberland, which you can enjoy during breaks, as well as our lounge and community areas.

Set within the magnificent Wilhelminian-style KUD15 Gloria Berlin building, the quiet, elegant Heidi Hetzer conference room welcomes you with space for up to 12 people. Our Hildegard Knef conference room, which seats up to 10 people, exudes Berlin’s old-world charm with a historic fireplace, restored stucco ceilings, and a view of the Gedächtniskirche. The creative Marlene Dietrich meeting room, which accommodates up to 12 people, is perfect for presentations or workshops in an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed.
Brainstorming sessions or confidential discussions find their perfect setting in the elegant Gloria Berlin fireplace lounge or the Dr. Carl Mampe day suite. And if you’re expecting a large number of guests, the KUD15 Gloria Berlin is available as an event space in Charlottenburg for up to 100 people.
You’ll find meeting rooms near Berlin’s government district in the former Grand Hotel Römischen Hof. The large, bright Kaisersaal conference room can accommodate up to 20 people and features a stylish ambiance and floor-to-ceiling windows. You can hold meetings in equally beautiful surroundings in the Voltaire meeting room, which features comfortable leather chairs and seating for 10 people. Both rooms can be booked flexibly by the hour or by the day and are equipped with a 4K video conferencing system. As at all of our locations, we offer catering and support from our professional team upon request.
The charming fireplace lounge is ideal for smaller meetings, as is the Alter Fritz day suite. Our Potsdam conference room is a soundproofed cube and, with its “room-within-a-room” design, is unique in Berlin.
This satellite office in Berlin-Mitte, near Gendarmenmarkt, features two conference rooms equipped with “Wonderwall”: The walls are writable and magnetic, providing the perfect setting for creative meetings, workshops, seminars, and presentations. The minimum hire period is one hour. If you book 6 hours or more, you can use the conference room for the whole day (08:00-18:00).
Yes, bookings are also possible in the evenings and at weekends - however, this is associated with additional costs.
