Our spaces are equipped with modern conference technology and can be booked flexibly by the hour or by the day. Depending on the room, 4K video conferencing systems are available for hybrid meetings. Office tenants, coworking members, and virtual office customers benefit from discounted rates.
For larger meetings, the Kaisersaal at the Römischer Hof, for example, can accommodate up to 20 people. We can provide a flip chart, whiteboard, and other presentation equipment upon request; our team will assist you with the preparations.
Additional event spaces are available at several locations in Berlin—at Haus Cumberland and KUD15 Gloria Berlin—for up to 100 people. Catering can also be arranged.
Set within the magnificent Wilhelminian-style KUD15 Gloria Berlin building, the quiet, elegant Heidi Hetzer conference room welcomes you with space for up to 12 people. Our Hildegard Knef conference room, which seats up to 10 people, exudes Berlin’s old-world charm with a historic fireplace, restored stucco ceilings, and a view of the Gedächtniskirche. The creative Marlene Dietrich meeting room, which accommodates up to 12 people, is perfect for presentations or workshops in an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed.
Brainstorming sessions or confidential discussions find their perfect setting in the elegant Gloria Berlin fireplace lounge or the Dr. Carl Mampe day suite. And if you’re expecting a large number of guests, the KUD15 Gloria Berlin is available as an event space in Charlottenburg for up to 100 people.

At the historic Haus Cumberland, the “Großer Kurfürst” serves as the backdrop for successful meetings, conferences, and discussions. The impressive conference room features a five-meter-long table, silk wallpaper, and a large panoramic window offering a direct view of Kurfürstendamm.
For smaller, confidential conversations, the fireplace lounge—which seats up to four people—offers a quieter setting—for example, for coaching sessions, one-on-one client meetings, or brief discussions.
During breaks, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace as well as the lounge and community areas. The rooftop terrace can also be booked on its own as a venue for up to 100 people upon request. Our team will assist you with the preparations and, if desired, handle catering and service. The entire Haus Cumberland can also be used as an event venue for gatherings of up to 100 people.
You’ll find meeting rooms in Berlin-Mitte, close to the government district, at the former Grand Hotel Römischer Hof. The large, bright Kaisersaal can accommodate up to 20 people and combines a stylish atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows. The Voltaire meeting room features ten seats with comfortable leather chairs. Both rooms can be booked flexibly by the hour or by the day and are equipped with a 4K video conferencing system.
The Fireplace Lounge and the Alter Fritz Day Suite are ideal for smaller meetings and confidential discussions. The Kubus conference room, designed as a soundproof “room-within-a-room” concept, offers a unique solution for focused discussions.

This Satellite Office in Berlin-Mitte, near the Gendarmenmarkt, features two conference and meeting rooms equipped with “Wonderwall.” The writable and magnetic walls provide the ideal setting for workshops, seminars, presentations, and meetings that involve collaborative brainstorming and visualization.
The Sophie Charlotte room offers flexible seating arrangements and is particularly well-suited for larger workshops, training sessions, and presentations. The bright Anna Amalie meeting room can accommodate up to ten people and also features a Wonderwall.
The Marie Luise Day Suite is available for focused one-on-one meetings and small group discussions. If a seminar, conference, or workshop is to be followed by a get-together, the Imperial Post Office can also be used as an event space for up to 80 people.

Yes. Beverage and catering options can be added for meetings and events. Choices include beverage packages, breakfast and coffee breaks, and daily packages that include snacks and lunch. Customized solutions can also be arranged.
Yes. Your venue will be set up, and your guests will be welcomed by the on-site service team. Upon request, the team will also handle beverage and catering services and assist with any organizational or technical questions related to the event.
Yes. Bookings outside of regular business hours are generally possible. Additional fees apply for evening or weekend appointments; please coordinate the booking in advance.
Depending on the room, modern presentation and video conferencing solutions are available. The equipment includes, among other things, 4K video conferencing systems, presentation displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and high-speed internet via LAN and Wi-Fi. Flipcharts, whiteboards, facilitation materials, and other presentation equipment can be added as needed, depending on the room selected and your requirements.
