Der Morgen: Headquarters on Kurfürstendamm

I am Dr. Markus Heller, an attorney specializing in corporate law. My law firm’s official headquarters is located at Kurfürstendamm 194 in Haus Cumberland in Berlin—this is where I have registered my Virtual Office in Berlin with Satellite Office. For me, this means: a prestigious business address, reliable mail handling, and a professional phone service that always greets my clients in a friendly manner.

This morning, the phone service called with an urgent request. A startup founder would like to have an initial consultation this afternoon. No problem for me—after a quick check with the office service team, I booked a fireplace lounge at my business address in Haus Cumberland.

The Morning: Initial Meeting in the Fireplace Lounge

When I arrive at the Satellite Office in the afternoon, the team gives me a warm welcome and hands me my business mail, which has arrived since my last visit. Drinks and pastries are already set out in the fireplace lounge.

Shortly thereafter, my new client arrives. In the quiet, elegant atmosphere of the room, we discuss his business idea. The fireplace room offers exactly the discretion we need—a confidential conversation in a stylish setting.

Lunchtime: Peace and Quiet Instead of an Open-Plan Office

After the meeting, I retreat to the open workspace to follow up on the documents. It’s not a crowded coworking space, but a quiet place with a pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to the pureSilent® room concept, I can work with full concentration—a productive silence that’s essential for my work.

Later, by the coffee machine, I strike up a conversation with a tax advisor whom I already know from one of the company’s internal networking events. We spontaneously make plans to meet on the rooftop terrace that evening.

The Afternoon: A Last-Minute Assignment from Frankfurt

Before I call it a day, my phone rings again. A private equity manager from Frankfurt wants to speak with me urgently. I retreat to one of the soundproof phone booths and immediately start a confidential video call. Together, we set up an appointment for next week—in Frankfurt, at Villa Sander at Mainzer Landstraße 10, right in the heart of the financial district.

Evening: Networking on the Rooftop Terrace

To wrap up the day, I meet with my tax advisor on the rooftop terrace. We enjoy the view of Kurfürstendamm over a glass of wine and talk about our work. For me, it’s the perfect blend of a productive workday and inspiring networking.

Bottom line: Flexibility wherever my clients need me

A week later, I’m in Frankfurt meeting my new client at Villa Sander. This way, I’m always where my clients need me—without having to maintain permanent office spaces in multiple cities. I use only as much office space as I really need, yet still have access to a professional infrastructure at all times.

The Virtual Office gives me freedom and flexibility, while also providing the assurance that I’ll have a professional setting in any situation—whether in Berlin, Frankfurt, or at one of the other locations.
