You have completed your school career with the Abitur or Realschulabschluss with very good grades and want to do a commercial apprenticeship? You are articulate, have a confident demeanor and are motivated! Then we are looking for you for our training positions in Berlin.
Your tasks:
- Customer and guest reception at the reception desk
- Telephone answering/forwarding and call note creation (German/English)
- Mail and parcel acceptance, further processing
- General. Secretarial tasks, data maintenance
- Offer and contract management
- Ordering, inventory control
- Invoices, suppliers, daily financial statements and cash accounting
- Reservations, customer check-in and check-out processes
- Edit event and conference budgeting
- Technical tasks n. Manual
- Office readiness
What you bring with you:
- Realschulabschluss or Abitur with very good grades
- German language skills at native level
- Good knowledge of English, second language if necessary
- MS Office skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Very neat appearance
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Enjoyment of and interest in training in business contexts, administrative, organizational and coordinating activities
